Prices start where the work starts. Thick, long or previously coloured hair takes more product and more time, and your stylist will tell you the figure before beginning, not after.

Curl shaping75 minutes
Cut curl by curl in its natural state, with only a light detail pass once dry. Includes a product review so you stop buying things your pattern doesn't need.

Gloss & tone60 minutes
A demi-permanent refresh for colour that has gone flat or brassy. No lift, no line of regrowth — it simply returns depth and shine, and fades out evenly over six to eight weeks.

Lived-in lightening3 hours
Freehand balayage or a fine foil weave placed to suit how you part and wear your hair, finished with a toner. Designed so that skipping a month looks intentional.

Full colour2 hours
Root-to-end permanent colour, or a root application matched to your existing lengths. We keep a record of the formula so the shade stays the same on your next visit.

Colour correctionBy consultation
Banding, box colour, home bleach or a shade that didn't land. Booked only after a strand test, sometimes across two sittings, always with a written plan and a price agreed first.
Treatments — bond repair, protein or moisture masks — are added to any appointment from £18 and take about fifteen minutes. We only suggest one when your hair needs it.

Five things that change the result
Colour is chemistry meeting whatever your hair has already been through. A little preparation is the difference between the shade we planned and the shade we can manage.

Come with day-old hair
Wash the day before, not the morning of. A little natural oil protects the scalp during lightening; heavy product build-up does the opposite.

Tell us about box colour and henna
Even years-old home colour can sit on the ends and react unpredictably. Saying so isn't a confession — it changes which products we can safely use.

Patch test 48 hours ahead
Required before your first colour service with us, and again after any gap of more than six months. It takes two minutes and can be done at the front desk.

Bring pictures of what you don't want
They are far more useful than pictures of what you do. Two people can show the same photograph and mean completely different things by it.

Allow more time than you think
Lightening runs on the hair's schedule, not the clock's. If your afternoon is tight, book a morning slot and tell us when you need to leave.

You can request a stylist by name when you book, or leave it to us and we will match you to whoever suits the work. Moving between chairs is normal here and nobody minds.

How much will a colour correction actually cost?
We can't quote it from a photograph. Correction is priced by the hour of work plus product, and the only honest way to estimate it is a strand test in the studio. That consultation is free, takes about twenty minutes, and you leave with a written plan and a total before agreeing to anything.
I want to grow out my colour. Where do I start?
Usually not with more bleach. Most grow-outs are handled by shadowing the root down into the lengths so the line softens, then glossing every couple of months while the natural colour comes through. It takes longer than one appointment, but it costs far less and keeps the condition of your ends.
Do you cut curly hair dry or wet?
Dry, in its natural state, for anything from a loose wave upward. We shape curl by curl, then wash and do one light detail pass to check balance. Please arrive with your hair worn the way you normally wear it — not freshly straightened, and not scraped back.
What happens if I'm running late?
Message us and we will tell you honestly whether the appointment still fits. Up to about fifteen minutes we can usually absorb; beyond that a colour service often has to be shortened or moved, because the timing of the processing can't be compressed without changing the result.
Can you cut children's hair?
Yes, from around age five, booked as a thirty-minute appointment. We ask that a parent or guardian stays in the studio for the whole visit. For a first-ever haircut, book the quietest slot of the day — mid-morning midweek — so there is no queue behind the chair.
Is it awkward to switch to a different stylist?
Not at all, and you don't need a reason. We share colour formulas and cutting notes across all four chairs, so whoever you sit with can see exactly what was done last time. Just name the stylist you'd like when you request your next window.
